Introduction

The Dienstverlener Push Autorization (DVPA) is a software component and an abstraction layer that allows for convenient, simple use of the push authorization concept invented by Whitebox Systems.

In this documentation we explain the function and the interface of the DVPA-r component, the DVPA component that, in the receiving role, receives authorizations from external parties and allows a client system (e.g., a HAPIS or a ZIS) to retrieve and use these authorizations.

The DVPA-r offers a convenient interface, which abstracts away the specifics of using push authorization URLs (PA-URLs), and which in theory can also be used to interface with other decentralized authorizations systems, such as for example NUTS.

Any such integrations with other systems are future work; for now, the DVPA-r acts as an interface to and abstraction layer over the interface of the HAPbox system provided by Whitebox Systems.
